1. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Your appointments are very important to us and are reserved especially for you. We understand that life happens; however, to ensure the sustainability of our practice, we require 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

Less than 24 hours' notice: A cancellation fee of [100%] of the reserved service price will be charged.
No-Call/No-Show: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service fee and may be required to prepay for future bookings.

2. Late Arrival Policy

We strive to provide a full, high-quality session to every client. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to ensure the next client can begin on time.

The full service fee will still apply even if the session time is reduced due to late arrival.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, it may be considered a "No-Show" and will need to be rescheduled, subject to the cancellation fee.

3. Privacy & Data Protection

Your trust is our priority. At Flowing in Harmoni Wellness Spa, we are committed to protecting your personal and health information.

All intake forms, health histories, and session notes are kept strictly confidential.
Your information is stored in a secure, encrypted system and will never be shared with third parties without your explicit written consent, except as required by law.
